“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and for the appointment of Stephen Paul Grant and Anthony Malcolm Cork, both of Wilkins Kennedy LLP, Bridge House, London Bridge, London SE1 9QR, (IP Nos. 8929 and 9401) as Joint Liquidators of the Company and that they be authorised to act either jointly or severally.”
