Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 20 October 2016 as a Special Resolution and an Ordinary Resolution respectively:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Garry Lock and Sean Bucknall, both of Quantuma LLP, 3rd Floor, 37 Frederick Place, Brighton BN1 4EA, (IP Nos 12670 and 18030) be appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such voluntary winding up.” At a subsequent meeting of creditors held on 20 October 2016 the appointment Garry Lock and Sean Bucknall as Joint Liquidators was confirmed.
