NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that creditors of the Company, must send their full names and addresses, together with full particulars of their debts or claims or claims and the names and addresses of their

solicitors (if any) to the Joint Liquidators at BDO LLP, 5 Temple Square, Temple Street, Liverpool, L2 5RH or by emailing BRCMTNorthandScotland@bdo.co.uk.

If you believe you have an unsecured claim against the Company that is not time barred, please can you complete a proof of debt form (available on request by emailing BRCMTNorthandScotland@bdo.co.uk) and return it to me by 29 April 2024. Please note that the relevant date for claims is 8 September 2000. For your claim to be considered please forward the following information in support of your claim:

• a statement detailing the amount you are claiming as at the relevant date;

• copy invoices evidencing your claim;

• copies of any other documents evidencing your claim e.g. delivery notes, contract of supply etc. and

• evidence that your claim is not time barred. In view of the time that has lapsed since the relevant date it is possible that your claim may be time barred. Information to evidence your claim is not time barred includes:

• copies of any correspondence you have sent to the former Joint Administrative Receivers (KPMG LLP) detailing your claim; and

• copies of any correspondence (emails, letters, faxes) you have received from KPMG LLP in which your claim has been acknowledged. If your claim arose by a simple contract (i.e. not a deed) it needs to have been acknowledged every six years so before 7 September 2006 and also 7 September 2012. If your claim arose by a deed it needs to have been acknowledged every 12 years so before 7 September 2012. The necessity to do this ceased when the Company went into Liquidation (being 4 October 2013).
