A Petition to wind up the above-named Company of Indsur (UK) Limited (Company Number 05111862). The registered office of the company is at 274-284 India Buildings Suite J, 2nd Floor, The Hub, Liverpool, L2 ORR, presented on Tuesday, 1st December 2015 by (Petition number: 954 of 2015) by BELGRADE INSULATIONS LIMITED, of Unit T, Gildersome Spur Industrial Estate, Stone Pits Lane, Leeds, West Yorkshire LS27 7JZ, claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at The Liverpool District Registry at Liverpool Civil and Family Court, Hearing Centre, 35 Vernon Street, Liverpool, Merseyside, L2 2BX, on 25th January 2016, at 1000 hours (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
