“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Avner Radomsky, of Valentine & Co, 5 Stirling Court, Stirling Way, Borehamwood, Hertfordshire, WD6 2FX, (IP No. 12290) be appointed Liquidator of the Company for the purposes of the voluntary winding-up.” At the subsequent meeting of creditors held on the same date, the appointment of Avner Radomsky of Valentine & Co, 5 Stirling Court, Stirling Way, Borehamwood, Hertfordshire WD6 2FX as liquidator was confirmed.
