At a General Meeting of the above named company duly convened and held at 62 Goldsworth Road, Woking GU21 6LQ on 08 June 2016 at 10.15 am the following Special Resolution and Ordinary Resolution were passed:

“That the company be wound up voluntarily and that Laurence Pagden and David Thurgood, both of Menzies LLP, Lynton House, 7-12 Tavistock Square, London, WC1H 9LT, (IP Nos. 009055 and 9170), be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of such winding up.”
