“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Christopher Newell and Frank Wessely, both of Quantuma LLP, 81 Station Road, Marlow, Bucks, SL7 1NS, (IP Nos. 13690 and 7788) be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company, and that they act jointly and severally.”
