“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Ian William Kings,(IP No. 7232) of KRE (North East) Limited, The Axis Building, Maingate, Team Valley Trading Estate, Gateshead, NE11 0NQ be appointed as Liquidator for the purposes of such voluntary winding up.”
