1. Establishing a creditors’ committee if three or more creditors require this and are willing to serve on it;

2. In the absence of a creditors’ committee, fixing the liquidator’s remuneration pursuant to Rule 4.127(2)(b) of the Insolvency Rules 1986 the basis of time costs with authority to draw the same; and

3. The approval of category 2 disbursements to be charged in accordance with the firm’s policy.
