At a General Meeting of the above named Company duly convened and held at Yorkshire House, 7 South Lane, Holmfirth, HD9 1HN on 11 August 2016 the following Resolutions were passed as a Special Resolution and an Ordinary Resolution respectively:

1) That the Company be wound up voluntarily and

2) That William Clive Swindell of Yorkshire House, 7 South Lane, Holmfirth, HD9 1HN and David Clark of Clark Business Recovery, 26 York Place, Leeds LS1 2EY be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up.
