At a General Meeting of the above named Company duly convened and held at Yorkshire House, 7 South Lane, Holmfirth, HD9 1HN on 11 August 2016 the following Resolutions were passed as a Special Resolution and an Ordinary Resolution respectively:

1) That the Company be wound up voluntarily and

2) That William Clive Swindell of Yorkshire House, 7 South Lane, Holmfirth, HD9 1HN, be and is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such winding up.
