A Petition to wind up the above-named Company (Registered No. 05737065) of 119 The Hub, 300 Kensal Road, London W10 5BE presented on 28 March 2017 by CHERRY RUTH LIMITED of 103 Albert Street, Whitstable, Kent CT5 1HU, claiming to be a creditor of the Company shall be heard at The Royal Courts of Justice, 7 Rolls Building, Fetter Lane, London EC4A 1NL on 22 May 2017 at 10.30 hours (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).

Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of intention to do so to the Petitioner or its solicitor in accordance with Rule 7.14 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016 by 16.00 hours on 19 May 2017.
