"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Timothy Frank Corfield (IP No. 8202) of Griffin & King, 26-28 Goodall Street, Walsall, West Midlands, WS1 1QL be appointed as Liquidator for the purposes of such voluntary winding up.”
