“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Garry Lock and Sean Bucknall, both of Quantuma LLP, 3rd Floor, 37 Frederick Place, Brighton BN1 4EA, (IP Nos: 12670 and 18030) be appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such voluntary winding up.”
