Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 98 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a meeting of the creditors of the above-named company will be held at 12 Station Street East, Coventry CV6 5FJ on 30 September 2016 at 3.45 pm for the purposes mentioned in Sections 99 101 of the said Act.

Resolutions may also be passed at this Meeting with regard to the Liquidator’s remuneration and the costs of convening the Meeting.

In order to be entitled to vote at the meeting, creditors must lodge their proxies, together with a statement of their claim at the offices of Arrans Limited, Pacific House, Relay Point, Tamworth, Staffordshire B77 5PA not later than 12.00 noon on 29 September 2016.
