“That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Robert Gibbons, Licensed Insolvency Practitioner, of Arrans Limited, Arrans RM 209, Pacific House, Relay Point, Tamworth, B77 5PA be and is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purpose of such winding-up.”
