"That the Company be and is hereby wound up voluntarily and that Paul Mallatratt (IP No. 20630) and Peter Herberts (IP No. 30090) both of Abbey Taylor Jones Limited, Unit 6, Twelve O’Clock Court, 21 Attercliffe Road, Sheffield, S4 7WW be appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such voluntary winding up and that the Liquidators be authorised to act jointly and severally in the liquidation”."
