Ordinary Resolution

“That Gareth Latimer and Stephen Tennant of Grant Thornton (NI) LLP, 12 – 15 Donegall Square West, Belfast, BT1 6JH be and are hereby appointed as Joint Liquidators of the company for the purposes of the winding-up”.
