Notice is hereby given pursuant to section 98 of the Insolvency Act 1986 that a meeting of creditors will be held at the offices of Burton Sweet Corporate Recovery, Avalon, 26-32 Oxford Road, Bournemouth BH8 8EZ on 28 July 2016 at 11.30 am for the purpose of having a statement of the company’s affairs laid before them, and for the purpose, if thought fit, of nominating a liquidator and of appointing a liquidation committee.

Creditors wishing to vote at the meeting must lodge a proxy, together with a statement of their debt, at the offices of Burton Sweet Corporate Recovery, Avalon, 26-32 Oxford Road, Bournemouth BH8 8EZ not later than 12 noon on 27 July 2016.
