At an extraordinary general meeting of the above named company convened and held at the offices of Burton Sweet Corporate Recovery, Avalon, 26-32 Oxford Road, Bournemouth BH8 8EZ on 12 October 2016 the following special resolution numbered one and the ordinary resolution numbered two were passed:

1. “That the company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business and that the company be wound up voluntarily” and

2. “That Graham Lindsay Down (IP no 6600) of:
