“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Paul Zalkin, of Quantuma LLP, 1st Floor, Vernon House, 23 Sicilian Avenue, London, WC1A 2QS and Lawrence King, of Critchleys LLP, Greyfriars Court, Paradise Square, Oxford, OX1 1BE, (IP Nos 18612 and 10452) were appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such voluntary winding up.”
