At a General Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company, duly convened and held at Suite One, Peel Mill Business Centre, Commercial Street, Leeds, West Yorkshire, LS27 8AG on 11 February 2026 the following resolutions were duly passed, as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution:

“That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Michael Royce (IP No. 9692) of M.R. Insolvency, Suite One, Peel Mill, Commercial Street, Morley, LS27 8AG be and he is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such winding up."

At a subsequent meeting held on the same day, the appointment of Michael Royce of M.R. Insolvency, Suite One, Peel Mill, Commercial Street, Morley, LS27 8AG was not confirmed and that the Creditors appointed Jason Dean Greenhalgh (IP No. 009271) and Stephen Berry (IP No. 9605) both of BTG Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP, No 1 Old Hall Street, Liverpool, L3 9HF as Joint Liquidators of the Company.
