“That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Graham Stuart Wolloff,(IP No. 8879) of Elwell Watchorn & Saxton LLP, 2 Axon, Commerce Road, Lynchwood, Peterborough PE2 6LR be and is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purpose of such winding up.”

All the persons who are entitled to vote on the above resolutions on the date of circulation to them, irrevocably vote in favour of them.
