Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 98 of the Insolvency Act 1986 , that a meeting of the creditors of the above-named company will be held at Pacific House, Relay Point, Tamworth B77 5PA on 1 November 2016 at 11.15 am for the purposes mentioned in Sections 99 101 of the said Act.

Resolutions may also be passed at this Meeting with regard to the Liquidator’s remuneration and the costs of convening the Meeting.

In order to be entitled to vote at the meeting, creditors must lodge their proxies, together with a statement of their claim at the offices of Arrans Limited, Pacific House, Relay Point, Tamworth, Staffordshire B77 5PA not later than 12.00 noon on 31 October 2016.
