“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Andrew Jame Hawksworth (IP No. 9582) of Augusta Kent Limited, Innovation House, Discovery Park, Sandwich, Kent CT13 9FF be appointed Liquidator of the Company for the purposes of the voluntary winding-up.”
