Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 4.54 of the Insolvency Rules 1986 (as amended) that the Joint Liquidators have summoned a general meeting of the Company’s creditors by Correspondence under Rule 4.63A of the Insolvency Act 1986 summoned under Rule 4.54 of the Insolvency Act 1986 for the purpose of fixing the basis of remuneration and authorisation of non-specific disbursments.
