At a General Meeting of the above named Company, duly convened, and held at Portland House, Belmont Business Estate, Belmont, Durham, DH1 1TW on 6 August 2017 at 10.15 am, the following resolutions were duly passed as a Special Resolution and an Ordinary Resolution:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Martyn Pullin (IP No. 15530) and Iain Townsend (IP No. 015850) both of FRP Advisory LLP, Dakota House, 25 Falcon Court, Preston Business Park, Stockton on Tees, TS18 3TX be and are hereby appointed Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up."
