“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that John Dean Cullen and Bethan Louise Evans, both of Menzies LLP, 2 Sovereign Quay, Havannah Street, Cardiff CF10 5SF, (IP Nos 9214 and 13130) be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company and that the Joint Liquidators may act jointly and severally.”
