Notice is hereby given that on 11 October 2016 a Petition was presented to Sheriff at Ayr Sheriff Court by Michael Partridge as sole director of Lamar Group Limited, craving the Court that Lamar Group Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts and having its registered office at Olympic Complex, Drybridge, Dundonald, Ayrshire, KA2 9BE (“the Company”) be wound up by the Court and that an Interim Liquidator be appointed; in which Petition the Sheriff at Ayr by Interlocutor 11 October 2016 appointed all persons having interest to lodge Answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk, Ayr Sheriff Court, within eight days after intimation, service and advertisement; meantime appointed Bryan Jackson, Insolvency Practitioner, Johnston Carmichael, 227 West George Street, Glasgow, G2 2ND to be provisional liquidator with the powers specified in Part II of Schedule 4 of the Insolvency Act 1986; all of which notice is hereby given.
