Notice is hereby given that on 16 February 2026 a petition was presented to Glasgow Sheriff Court by Launch Foods C.I.C craving the Court inter alia for an order that Launch Foods C.I.C., a company incorporated under the Companies Act 2006 with company number SC575451 and having its registered office at C/O Clarity Accounting, 234 West George Street, Glasgow G2 4QY be wound up by the Court under the provisions of the Insolvency Act 1986. Sheriff Cameron, by Interlocutor dated 17 February 2026, granted warrant for advertisement of the Petition herein. Any party claiming an interest in this action should contact the Sheriff Clerk at Glasgow Sheriff Court immediately and, in any event, not later than 8 days from the date of publication of this advertisement; all of which notice is hereby given.
