Notice is hereby given that on 5 August 2016 a petition was presented to the Sheriff at Glasgow Sheriff Court in the Sheriffdom of Glasgow & North Strathkelvin by Brian James Fulton, residing at 18 Buchanan Street, Milngavie, G62 8DD and Donald Cameron MacLeod, residing at Netherparkly, Manse Road, Linlithgow, EH49 6AP, craving the Court inter alia to grant leave in terms of section 216(3) of the Insolvency Act 1986 for the said Brian James Fulton and Donald Cameron MacLeod to be Directors of and involved in any way whether, directly or indirectly in the promotion, formation or management of companies called or using trading names “Campus Aberdeen” and “Garage Aberdeen”. By interlocutor dated 9 August 2016 the Sheriff ordered all persons wishing to oppose the petition to lodge Answers with the Sheriff Clerk at Glasgow within 8 days advertisement of this notice.
