Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 15 September 2016 as a special resolution and an ordinary resolution respectively:

“That the company be wound-up voluntarily and that Michael Solomons and Richard Keley, both of BM Advisory LLP, Arundel House, 1 Amberley Court, Whitworth Road, Crawley, West Sussex RH11 7XL, (IP Nos. 9043 and 18072) be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purpose of such winding up, and are to act jointly and severally.” At the subsequent meeting of creditors held on 15 September 2016 the appointment of Michael Solomons and Richard Keley as Joint Liquidators was confirmed.
