At a general meeting of the above-named Company duly convened and held at 10.30 am on 28 October 2016 the following Resolutions were passed as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution:

“That it has been resolved by special resolution that the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Amie Johnson, of Greenfield Recovery Limited, Trinity House, 28-30 Blucher Street, Birmingham B1 1QH, (IP No. 18570) be and is hereby appointed liquidator of the Company for the purposes of the winding-up.”
