“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Donna Cartmel,(IP No. 9574) of Lawson Fox, Third Floor, Falcon Mill, Handel Street, Bolton, BL1 8BL be appointed Liquidator of the Company for the purposes of such winding up.”
