This notice is given pursuant to Rule 14.28 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016.

We, David Birne (IP No. 9034) and Stephen Katz (IP No. 8681) both of BTG Begbies Traynor (London) LLP, Pearl Assurance House, 319 Ballards Lane, London, N12 8LY were appointed as Joint Liquidators of the Company on 30 April 2024. We intend to declare a second and final dividend to the non-preferential creditors of the Company who, not already having done so, are required on or before the 11 March 2026 ("the last date for proving") to prove their debts. This can be sent by post to Pearl Assurance House, 319 Ballards Lane, Finchley, London, N12 8LY or alternatively by email to et-team@btguk.com. A creditor who has not proved his debt by the last date for proving, will be excluded from the dividend, which we intend to declare within the period of 2 months of that date. If you prefer not to communicate digitally, a claim form will be provided upon request made to Rionesa Svarca who can be contacted using the details below.
