At a General Meeting of the Company, duly convened and held at Royal Kings Arms Hotel, 75 Market Street, Lancaster, LA1 1HP on 10 May 2016 the following Resolutions were passed as a Special Resolution and an Ordinary Resolution respectively:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Alan Simon, of AABRS Limited, Langley House, Park Road, East Finchley, London N2 8EY and John Russell, of Begbies Traynor (SY) LLP, Kendal House, 41 Scotland Street, Sheffield, S3 7BS, (IP Nos: 008635 and 5544) be and are hereby appointed as Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of such winding up.”
