At a General Meeting of the members of the above named Company, duly convened and held at The Alive Conference Centre, 22 Newland, Lincoln LN1 1XD on 26 May 2016 the following resolutions were duly passed as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution respectively:-

“That it has been resolved by a special resolution that the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Anthony John Sargeant, of Bridgewood Financial Solutions Ltd, 13 Regent Street, Nottingham NG1 5BS, (IP No 9659) be and he is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such winding up.”
