At a General Meeting of Members of the above named Company, duly convened and held at PCR (Bristol) LLP, Bush House, 77A Alma Road, Clifton, Bristol, BS8 2DP on 30 September 2016 at 10.00 am, the following special resolution and an ordinary resolution were passed:

“That pursuant to Section 84(1)(b) of the Insolvency Act 1986 the company be wound up voluntarily and that Samuel J Talby and Mark Phillips, both of PCR (Bristol) LLP, Bush House, 77A Alma Road, Clifton, Bristol, BS8 2DP, (IP No. 9404 and 9320), be appointed as Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purpose of the voluntary winding up.”
