Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 17 March 2025, as a special resolution and an ordinary resolution respectively:

"That the Company be and is hereby wound up voluntarily and that Peter Herberts (IP No. 30090) and Paul Mallatratt (IP No. 20630) both of Abbey Taylor Jones Limited, Unit 6, Twelve O’Clock Court, 21 Attercliffe Road, Sheffield, S4 7WW be appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such voluntary winding up and hat the Liquidators be authorised to act jointly and severally in the liquidation”."
