A Petition to wind up the above-named company Martholme Motors Limited of 68 Blacksnape Road, Hoddlesden, Darwen, BB3 3PN presented on 26 September 2016 by NEXTGEAR CAPITAL UK LIMITED of International House, Kingsfield Court, Chester Business Park, Chester, CH4 9RF claiming to be a creditor of the company, will be heard at Manchester District Registry at 1 Bridge Street West, M60 9DJ on 14 November 2016 at 1000 hours (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
