“That the company be wound up voluntarily and that Simon Underwood and Simon Carvill-Biggs, both of Menzies LLP, Lynton House, 7-12 Tavistock Square, London, WC1H 9LT, (IP Nos. 2603 and 15930) be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of such winding up.”
