A Petition to wind up the above-named Company of Elsmore House, 14A The Green, Ashby-De-La-Zouch, Leicestershire, LE65 1JU presented on 15 July 2016 by CERTAS ENERGY (UK) LIMITED of 302 Bridgewater Place, Birchwood Park, Warrington, Cheshire WA3 6XG claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at Birmingham District Registry, 33 Bull Street, Birmingham B4 6DS, on 6 September 2016 at 1000 hours (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
