At a general meeting of the above named company convened and held at Mazars LLP, The Plaza, 100 Old Hall Street, Liverpool, L3 9QJ on 08 July 2016 at 10.00 am the following resolutions were passed as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Patrick Lannagan and Conrad Alexander Pearson , both of Mazars LLP, The Lexicon, Mount Street, Manchester, M2 5NT, (IP Nos 009590 and 014732) be appointed as Joint Liquidators of the company for the purposes of the voluntary winding-up.”
