Notice is hereby given that on 4th October 2016, a Petition was presented to the Sheriff of Tayside, Central & Fife at Dundee by McDowell Machine Tool Solutions Limited craving the Court that McDowell Machine Tool Solutions Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts and having its registered office at 11 Dudhope Terrace, Dundee, DD3 6TS (“the Company”) be wound up by the Court, and that joint Interim Liquidators be appointed; in which Petition the Sheriff at Dundee by Interlocutor dated 5th October 2016 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge Answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Dundee within eight days after intimation, service and advertisement; all of which notice is hereby given.
