"That the Limited Liability Partnership be wound up voluntarily and that Elias Paourou (IP No. 9096) and David Meany (IP No. 9453) both of Quantuma Advisory Limited, The Old Town Hall, 71 Christchurch Road, Ringwood, BH24 1DH be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Limited Liability Partnership and that they be authorised to act jointly and severally."
