A Petition to wind up the above-named Company of 35 New Bridge Street, London EC4V 6BW, presented on 19 September 2016 by FLIGHT CENTRE (UK) LTD of 6th Floor, C1 Tower, St George Square, New Malden, Surrey KT3 4TE claiming to be a creditor of the Company will be heard at The High Court, Liverpool District Registry at 35 Vernon Street, Liverpool L2 2BX on 14 November 2016 at 1000 hours (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).

Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of intention to do so to the Petitioner or its Solicitor in accordance with Rule 4.16 by 1600 hours on 11 November 2016.
