“That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this Meeting that the Company cannot by reason of its liabilities continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Liam Alexander Short and Graham Stuart Wolloff, both of Elwell Watchorn & Saxton LLP, First Floor, 1 East Poultry Avenue, London EC1A 9PT, (IP Nos 14570 and 8879) be and are hereby appointed Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up.”
