At a General Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at 26-28 Bedford Row, London, WC1R 4HE on 26 September 2016, the following Resolutions were duly passed as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution respectively:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Stephen Katz,(IP No. 8681) of David Rubin & Partners, 26-28 Bedford Row, London, WC1R 4HE be and he is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such winding-up.”
