At a General Meeting of the Company convened and held at Concorde House, Grenville Place, Mill Hill, London, NW7 3SA on 21 June 2016 at 10.30 am the following special resolution numbered one and ordinary resolution numbered two were passed:

1. That the Company be wound up voluntarily.

2. That Jeffrey Mark Brenner, Licensed Insolvency Practitioner of B&C Associates Limited, Concorde House, Grenville Place, Mill Hill, London, NW7 3SA, be appointed liquidator of the Company for the purpose of the voluntary winding -up.

At a subsequent meeting of the Creditors held on the same day, Andrew Watling and Carl Jackson of Quantuma LLP, 14th Floor, Dukes Keep, Marsh Lane, Southampton, SO14 3EX were appointed as Joint Liquidators of the Company.
