Notice is hereby given that a Meeting of the Creditors will be held at 10.00 am on 3 November 2016 at Fieldstead Insolvency Limited, 1st Floor, Barclays House, Gatehouse Way, Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire, HP19 8DB.

The meeting is called pursuant to Rule 4.54 of the Insolvency Rules 1986 for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:

"That the outstanding fees (ÂŁ2,916.67 plus VAT) and disbursements of Fieldstead Insolvency Limited in relation to the convening of the meeting of creditors and preparation of the statement of affairs be paid in accordance with Rule 4.62(1) and defrayed from the assets of the company".

A creditor entitled to attend and vote is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him. A proxy need not be a creditor.
